Positions

The Positions tab of the Resources register allows you to link the Position of employment with the resource. Positions of employment are additionally linked to the Department selected in the General tab of the Resources register.
Positions can be added and removed from the list in the upper section of the tab. On the lower section, the employees linked with their position are displayed.

WARNING
You can only enter positions of employment that have the same department specified as the resource. You cannot change the department in case any data are found.

Below is the description of the form’s features.
In this section, you can review, add or remove the Position of employment to the resource.
Line

Displays the number of the line.
By default, the first available number is entered. You can change it at will.

Position
|
Enter or select a Position of employment.
|
Department
|
Enter or select a Department.
If Department is selected in the General tab of Resources register, it is displayed here.

In this section, names of the employees linked to the Position of employment selected in the Table of positions are displayed.
