Restore Depreciation for the Individual Fixed Asset

We have an option to restore the calculation for the individual fixed asset. We will present how this can be done.

Firs step is to delete posting for the period we want to move fixed asset from calculation. In presented example we deleted journal entry 15-AR0-000006 (for May 2015). We can only delete individual positions if we don't want to loose sequence in journal entry.

 

 

The second step is to continue the process from fixed assets register. Find fixed assets and point the mouse  on document we want to restore.

 

With Restore depreciation new window opens. Enter the period in which we want to exclude FA. In our example that is 2015-05. Find button will shows in calculation included FA.

 

Mark FA we want to exclude and restore the calculation with  button. The message appears and we confirm it.

 

Return to FA register and review the result. The depreciation restored.

 

After restor we need to post calculation for period 2015-05 again. We can see excluded FA on the form.
