Beside the general settings of authorizations for individual menu options and types of documents, you can also set the following user authorizations for issue documents:

Allow Transactions on Outstanding Balance You can assign a user the least limited (Delete) or most limited (none) authorization for the issue of goods if a customer has an outstanding balance (see Check Limit if Balance Outstanding).
Allow Changing already Posted Lines You can assign a user the least limited (Delete) or most limited (none) authorization for editing lines that have already been posted. None authorization means that the user cannot edit posted lines.
Confirm Documents This authorization can be set generally or on the level of types of documents (if you have imported them beforehand). You can assign a user the least limited (Delete) or most limited (none) authorization for confirming documents. Users with None authorization cannot confirm documents.

Edit Approved Movements This authorization is given generally or on the level of types of documents (if you have imported them beforehand). An individual user can be given the widest (Deleting) authorization or the most narrow (Zero) authorization. Zero authorization means, that the user can not edit approved documents.

This authorization can be set generally or on the level of types of documents (if you have imported them beforehand). You can assign a user the least limited (Delete) or most limited (none) authorization for editing approved movements. Users with None authorization cannot edit approved movements.

Edit Pricing

A user can be assigned any of the four authorization levels for viewing and changing data in the pricing of an issue documents.  We recommend you select Read authorization, which will prevent unintentional mistakes that could otherwise occur when posting by retail prices or creating commercial records.

000001.gif If the user does not have adequate authorization for a certain function, the program blocks the use of function and reports an error (see You are not authorized for this operation (xxx)!), with the lowest required authorization for the function is displayed in parentheses.
000001.gif If the user does not have authorization or has zero authorization for an individual type of document, these documents will not be displayed in calculations.
