Authorizations for OTOS

It is recommended to set up proper authorizations for document handling.

Branch offices are usually not allowed to view or create document for other offices. An example matrix of authorizations would be:

Each branch office can edit only their document types, all other are inaccessible.

The main office is allowed to view documents from all branches to allow for supervision and the like.
