Check Auto-Assign S/N in Document Types | Goods | Issue.

As distinct from manually selecting serial numbers on-the-fly (see for example assigning unique serial number for assigning batch serial numbers), the program automatically relieves the corresponding quantity of serial numbers from stock.

 

You can subsequently modify serial numbers and their quantities in the window for issuing serial numbers.
