Timetable

The Timetable is a Gantt Chart of the duration and order of operations. The Timetable also offers an option of showing the schedule of the availability of resources on the selected Work Order. Besides different operations and resources schedule views, the Timetable also enables swift and easy editing.
The following case presents the swift overview and editing operations in PANTHEON.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible, Marc Manufacture, reviews the flow of operations for WO of semi-finished product LARA3_DOOR on the Timetable tab and checks the availability of resources on 17.06.2022. Finally, Marc uses the "Drag&Drop" method to change the time of operation O – Cutting. This is done as follows:

1. Opening the Timetable Tab
To view details of a specific Work Order – in this case, the WO for semi-finished product LARA3_DOOR – the person responsible clicks the
button in the Work order details window on the right side of the screen. Selecting the Timetable tab opens a graphic of the availability of resources, and the planned execution time of work operations on the WO.
2. Viewing the Timetable
When the tab opens, the Tasks overview is automatically shown, with the start date of WO operations in the Gantt Chart view.
The person responsible selects criteria in the toolbar to adjust the desired view.

3. Changing the Time of Work Operation
The Timetable enables you to easily change the schedule of individual work operations using the "Drag&Drop" method.
The person responsible wants to change the planned time for operation O – Cutting from 17.06.2022 at 11:36 to the day prior, around 14:00.

This is done by selecting the selected work operation entry in the graphic with the mouse, and drags it to the desired place in the table. When the entry is on the desired place, the person responsible lets go of the mouse button.

The schedule change is immediately visible on the WO Work Preparation tab as well, in the Operations – Production section.

3.1. Extending Time
The person responsible positions the mouse on the right or left edge of a individual entry. The cursor changes to

4. View by Resources
By selecting the Resources field in the Timetable, the person responsible checks the availability of individual resources for a selected time.
To view unavailable resources on a specific date, the person responsible clicks the
(Day) button, so the program only shows data for one day. The person responsible selects 17.06.2022 from the calendar on the right.

Individual Resources appear in columns, and times in lines.
When an individual entry in the graphic is selected, WO Data and Task Data connected to the entry appear on the right side of the edge.
Positioning the cursor on an individual entry shows a quick look at the entry data, as seen in the image below.

Operations are marked with different colors:
- Green – Open
- Yellow – Partially Finished
- Red – Finished operation
