Check common settings
Check common settings tab provides some of the parameters that are located in different places in the Administration Panel. Settings for restricted Cost Centers, Departments, Subject types and Item categories re on the same location.
The form can be accessed from the Administration Panel, by clicking Security panel.
The form is made up of certain elements, which we describe below.

Hide Restricted Subject Types from Unauthorized Users

If checked ( ), restricted subject types are hidden from unauthorized users.

Before using the function, you need to import the document types (in the Authorisations panel) and assign the appropriate authorisations to each status.

Hide unauthorized accounts in reports

If checked (), unauthorized accounts in reports are hidden.

Use authorizations on Document lookup

If checked (), blocked authorization on some account hides account from dropdown menus, when selecting accounts. With this setting you can also hide accounts on reports.
