Check Posts - tab
The Check Posts tab is part of the Check Posts module in the Accounting Dashboard. This tab shows a check of posts and errors in the performed checks, which can be seen in two sub tabs: Checks and Errors.
The tab can be accessed from the menu Financials | Accounting Dashboard and panel Financials | Check posts.
The tab contains these sections:
In this section, you can select which checks are performed on posts.

Select the checkbox to select the check for posts. |
| Descr. |
Displays the description of the check (error). You can read more about errors in section 2. Table in the chapter Check Posts. |
The sub tab Errors in the Check Posts tab provides information about the database and company in which the errors occurred, as well as their description.
The table with errors shows us for which company and database the error occured and its description.
| Company |
Displays the company for which we control the posting. |
| Database |
Displays the selected database that is linked to the company for which we control the postings. |
| Error |
Displays the number and description of the error. You can read more about errors in section 2. Table in the chapter Check Posts. |
Table of posts displays detailed information of the posting errors from the company/database selected in the Table with errors.

Displays the document key of a document that contains an error. |

Display the number of line on which the error occured. |
| Reference |
Displays a refrenece of an error (e.g. Account from Chart of accounts, currency, etc.) |

Displays the number and description of the error. You can read more about errors in section 2. Table in the chapter Check Posts. |
