Company settings

In Company settings in Administration console | Database we can manage company databases in one place. Cloning of existing databases, transferring the database to a hosting server (host), or transferring from the host to the local environment is enabled.

Table of contents

  1. Table of companies / databases
  2. Action buttons
  3. Table of logged-in users

1. Table of companies / databases

The table displays companies and data about their databases. In it, we select one or more databases that we want to manage with action buttons. The table contains the following data:

Company Company name.
Server Name of the server where the database is located.
Database Name of the database.
Version Database version.
Selected Switcher with which we select one or more databases that we want to manage with action buttons.

2. Action buttons

Action buttons for managing databases:

Clone database The functionality allows cloning an existing database.
Transfer to host The functionality allows transferring a local database to the host server.
Transfer from host The functionality allows transferring a database from the host server to the local server.

3. Table of logged-in users

You can view all users and their data who are logged into a specific (selected) database. All active users created on this database have access to the database.

Active users Name of active users on the selected database.
Workstation Name of the workstation of the active user on the selected database.
Application The application used by the active user on the database.

IMPORTANT

Operations that also have access to other databases on the same SQL server can be prevented by permissions.
Such a user is denied access to linked databases or the current database via PANTHEON.  Authorization is located in: Datalab Applications | Datalab PANTHEON | Settings | Program | Admin. console | Database | Access to other databases.
