Company

The Companies panel contains a list of affiliated companies which were entered in the Administration Panel under the Affiliated Companies tab.

The Company tab appears on the document type created for Consolidated Financials statements.

Here is a description of the tab:

Processing

If checked, the data on companies will be collected in prefetching for consolidated financial statement.

Subject

Here, the affiliated company entered in the Administration Panel under the Affiliated Companies tab is displayed.

Percentage

The percentage of posts can be used for consolidation.

Server

The server where the database is located. Enter it in the Administration Panel under Affiliated Companies.

Database

The database on the selected server. Select it in the Administration Panel under Affiliated Companies.

Average Exchange Rate

If Search rate by Average rate is selected, the rate entered here will be taken into account.

Initial Balance from Transactions

If this option is selected, the program will not take into account the entries from opening balance. The opening balance will be calculated from all the posts on the selected accounts with posting date up to selected Date from.

Last transfer

The date and time of the last data transfer from the affiliated company.

Close Exchange Rate

If the Search rate by Close Exchange rate is selected, the rate entered here will be taken into account.
