After you had entered default values of the new, additional accounts, you copy them to Fixed Assets register for those fixed assets belonging to a specific depreciation category.

Select the Copy function from the wizards menu.
 

000001.gif By using this function you add only those accounts which DO NOT EXIST in the register as of yet. It does not alter existing records.
 

 

After clicking the Copy command, you have to confirm the operation (see Do you really want to copy accounts?). If the operation has completed, the following is returned (see Operation complete!).
