You can set custom names for untitled variables (e.g. SN01 - Not defined) in Numerical Fields in Settings l Program l Administration Panel l Settings l Program Parameters l Goods l Documents - Custom.The name you enter in Numerical Fields section is displayed in Variables tree.

 

ENTERING VARIABLES

You can specify variables that are listed under Cost centers item in the Custom Fields panel in Settings l Financials l Cost Centes.

 

 

000001.gif To make the Custom Fields panel available in Cost Centers, you have to specify them in the Numerical Fields section in Settings l Program l Administration Panel l Settings l Program Parameters l Goods l Documents - Custom Fields.

 

Reference variables from Custom Fields panel using #SN + two-digit consecutive field number#.
