Example:

Use formula builder to create a formula for meals allowance:

It includes the following data:

  • hours worked from pay slip for regular pay (earnings type RDC)

  • the daily norm is 8 hours

  • The employee receives the amount of 5.54 EUR per day. It is recorded in field 5 in Average Salaries.

Open formula builder Settings l Personnel l Payroll l Earnings Types. In Earnings Types click 076302.gif.

 

Click the Payroll Preparation button in the left-hand side of the Formula Builder window so that the fields Earnings Type, Variable and Field appear.

Enter or select earnings type RDC.

Contibue by entering or selecting the Hours variable.

Finally, click 077558.gif to enter variablesin formula. See below.

Use the calculator tool to enter daily work obligation in formula which is in our case 8 hours.
