Defining Leave Formula

Let us define the following formula:

To acknowledge a leave day to female employees for each child under the age of 15 years, enter the appropriate formula. Furthermore, the employee is granted another leave day if her length of service in the company is more than five years.

 

Below you can observe a formula for male employee over 50 who is granted two extra days of leave:
