Details on Employee's Salary
In the section below of the Preparation panel, the program will display data of the salary of the currently selected employee. Once, you have opened the payroll preparation window, the window is blank.

Once, you have clicked the Salary calculation for one employee button
which is available in the lower part of the Preparation panel, the program fill-in the panel with values calculated from the currently entered data from the register of average salaries and earnings types that you have previously defined to the individual employee in the Employee Files.

If you add an earnings type or edit any data in register you can refresh data in this field by clicking the Salary calculation for one employee button again.
In the certain section the program will display following data:
Gross II |
The second gross, salary including employer and employee contributions. |
Gross |
Gross salary of the employee. This information includes all earnings types from the phase A to F. |
Benefits |
Benefits of the certain employee. This are all earnings types from the Phase L which have been defined as Earnings Type - Benefits. |
Bonuses
|
Benefits to the employee's salary. Are all earnings types selected to which the Phase L has been selected. |
Deduct. |
Deductions from the employee's salary. Are all earnings types selected to which the Phase H and employee's credit have been selected. |
Net |
Net salary of the employee. |
Employee Contributions |
The percentage for the contributions of the employeeand the amount for the contributions of the employee. |
Income Tax |
The percentage of the income tax prepayment. and the amount of the income tax prepayment. |
Employer Contributions |
The percentage for the contributions of the employer and the amount for the contributions of the employer.. |
Payroll Tax |
The percentage of the payroll tax. and the amount of the payroll tax.. |
Payout |
The amount that the employee will receive. |
