Validates a workflow. You can also use Ctrl+F9 to invoke the workflow definition validator.
At the end of designing a workflow, validation is a mandatory action that will check for any errors in the workflow. If there are any issues with the workflow definition, an error message is displayed (e.g. Workflow verification failed: Link error in WorkflowStartBlock1).

(Run workflow)
|
Starts a workflow. This creates an instance that is recorded in the Overview of workflows.

(Workflow scripter help)
|
Opens the form Workflow scripter classes list form. The list gives an overview of all registered properties and methods, sorted by class, that can be used in the design of workflow.

(Variables)
|
Opens the form Workflow variables. All default and added (e.g. from linked forms) workflow variables are visible in the list. You can add variables to the list or assign values to them as desired.

(Change user)
|
Opens the form Workflow definition users, where the users currently assigned to a particular block are listed. Here you can change the users assigned.

(Change text)
|
Opens the form Workflow definition text change with a list of current block texts and the option to define new texts for each block.

(Undo)
|
Undoes the last operation carried out in the diagram.
|
(Redo)
|
Redoes the last operation carried out in the diagram.
|
(Select all blocks)
|
Selects all blocks in the diagram.
|
(Delete)
|
Deletes selected elements in the diagram. You can also use the keyboard button Delete.

(Cut selected blocks)
|
Cuts the selected elements to the clipboard. You can also use the shortcut Ctrl+X.
|
(Copy selected blocks)
|
Copies the selected elements to the clipboard. You can also use the shortcut Ctrl+C.

(Paste)
|
Pastes the selected elements from the clipboard. You can also use the shortcut Ctrl+V.
|
(Font)
|
Opens the Font form, where you can select different fonts, styles, text sizes, effects, colors, patterns and alphabets to design your workflow block.

(Edit text)
|
Start in-place editing of the text of a diagram element.
|
(Shadow)
|
Opens a form for editing shadow settings of selected blocks.
|
(Send to back)
|
Sends selected elements to back.
|
(Bring to front)
|
Brings selected elements to front.
|
(Fill color)
|
Opens the Color form, where you can specify the background color of selected blocks.

(Make same size)
|
Carries out alignment operations for two or more blocks (align left, align tops, same size, etc.).
|
(Make same height)
|
Makes all selected blocks the same height.
|
(Make same width)
|
Makes all selected blocks the same width.
|
(Space equally horizontally)
|
Spaces selected blocks equally horizontally.

(Space equally vertically)
|
Spaces the selected blocks equally vertically.

(Increment horizontal space)
|
Increments horizontal space of selected blocks.
