Document and Item Settings
Because cellaring tasks are directly connected with production in PA, documents and items have to be set correctly so process will be saved as should be.
1. Settings on items
Grapes, that will be used in the process should have primary classification GRAPE. Wine, that will be produced, should have primary classification WINE. By products should have primary classification WINE. Materials don't need any special classification. Setting of item type is optional.
2. Settings on documents
Settings od documents can be edited through Accounting version of software. With installation all the connections are established.
Document settings can be accesed through Settings|Program|Document Types. In this window you need to open Work Orders module. Correct document to edit is 6FR and needs to be picked in the navigatior. This document has to be marked as Dismantling.
Issue
When you click on Issue, a list of item types re shown. In here, user can set, which documents are created with appropriate document types.
In this table item type for cellaring tasks needs to be inserted and associated with correct document type.
Item type for cellaring task needs to be inserted (EXAMPLE: Cellaring tasks have item type 919. So in this table Item type 919 should be associated document type 660).
Item type for grapes needs to be inserted (EXAMPLE: grapes have item type 9D1. So in this table Item type 9D1 should be associated document type 640).
Item type for wine needs to be inserted (EXAMPLE: wine have item type 9D1. So in this table Item type 9D1 should be associated document type 640).
Receiving of Negative Issues
When you click on Receiving of Negative Issues, a list of item types re shown. In here, user can set, which documents are created with appropriate document types.
In this table item type for cellaring tasks needs to be inserted and associated with correct document type.
Item type for wine needs to be inserted (EXAMPLE: wine have item type 9D1. So in this table Item type 9D1 should be associated document type 680).
Receiving
When you click on Receiving, a list of item types re shown. In here, user can set, which documents are created with appropriate document types.
