Add new position of Employment

 Example:

Let us first terminate the old position of Salespersonan employee and open position of Marketing.

 

Select 4000031- Add New Position of Employment in wizard in taskbar.

 

Set new position of employment in the Add New Position of Employment window.

 

Enter date on which the old position (Secretary) was terminated and start date of the new position of employment (Executive secretary).

By pressing on the button Run, data is entered in the table in the lower form. 

By pressing on the button  the information is checked and this in entered in the column Status:

By pressing on the button  we confirm copying new position of employment. 

Confirm the message that appears.

 

Thus the old position was terminated and a new one opened.
