In Step 12 of the Setup Wizard for Documentation, you can view and edit the document flow for a subject using the selected mailbox.
By combining the settings, you can specify the outgoing mailbox. You can combine settings for individual document types or individual subjects or a combination of both.

HINT
- For example, you can set that the document type 3600 are sent only to the printer.
- For selected subjects, you can specify that you want documents to be printed out or sent via a mailbox.
- For document type 3600, you can set that the bizBox mailbox is used for the Mail subject.

Here is a description of the form and its individual elements.

The e-Services table lists the subjects with a defined flow of documents from the mailboxes. The table contains the following fields.
Subject

Select the subject for which the data flow will be defined.
You can select the subject from the drop-down list of the Subjects register or click the (magnifier) icon to search for it using the search engine.

Document type
|
Displays the document type linked to the e-Service. If a document type is defined, the link of the subject to the mailbox applies only to that document type.
The document type can be selected from the list of document types.

Type
|
Displays the e-Service type, which determines which mailboxes, procedures or document types that can be selected in the Data field.
The type can be selected from a drop-down list. The following types are available:
- ePosting – Defines the document type based on which the posts will be read. In the Data field, you can select either summary by tax rate (vat-rate-invoice) or detailed by position (line-item-invoice).
- Item – Used to export invoices in an XML format.

WARNING
This setting applies only in Croatia and Serbia.

- Custom – Any setting for user-defined procedures.
- Saved procedure – Defines mailboxes and procedures used for sending e-documents.

Mailbox
|
Displays the mailbox linked to the subject and/or document type.
The mailbox can be selected from the Mailboxes register.

Data
|
Enables you to define additional settings for the combination of document type and subject (e.g. to define a procedure used to create XML/JSON documents).
The available options depend on the e-Service type selected in the Type field.

In the footer of the form, there are buttons to navigate between the steps of the Setup Wizard.
Back

Returns to the previous step of the Setup Wizard.

Next
|
Moves to the next step of the Setup Wizard.

Cancels the entry. |
