Education
The Education panel is for tracking employees' records about education and professional qualifications.

Occupation
|
In this field you can select from the lookup list the employee's occupation.

Education
|
The program will fill in this field automatically according to the selected occupation in the previous field.

School
|
In this field you can select from the lookup list the ID of the school that the employee has finished.
|
Apprentice
|
In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the year or level of apprentices education. The program ill use this information in the REK3 form that you can use to calculate awards for apprentices. Beside the year, the program also show the percentage that present the percentage of the basis for the minimum award.

Finished School
|
In this field you can select from the lookup list the ID of the school level that the employee has finished. This information is required in the M form.

Professional Education
|
In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the ID of the professional education. Professional education is a formal category that a person can achieve in following ways:
a) the person has finished an appropriate school;
b) the person has finished an appropriate school or course, to which a degree about the level of schools, courses or exams grants a certain level of education;
c) the person is acknowledged a certain level of professional education as a semi-skilled (learned by oneself through trainings and practice) employee due to checking his or her professional competences in the company or other institution;
d) through a professional examination to achieve a level of a skilled or highly skilled employee;
e) through a special exam to acknowledge a professional education in accordance with the regulations of public services;
f) through acknowledging professional education (title) to civil servants in accordance with the regulations of public services.
If a person has not acquired professional education in any of this way, this person is an unskilled employee.

You can enter other knowledge and educations that employee has acquired during his employment in your company in the Functional Knowledge table. |
Functional Knowledge
This table is used for tracking functional knowledge of employees.

Type |
In this field you can select from the lookup list the type of employee's education. You can select from the following types of education, which you have defined in the Subjects register | Institution | Institution Type:

Functional knowledge |
In this field you can select from the lookup list the knowledge the employee has acquired. |
Performed By |
According to the selected information in the Functional knowledge field, the program will enter the subject that has performed the education. |
Fee |
In this field you can enter the amount of the paid fee. |
Duration |
In this field you can define the duration of an education in days, hours and minutes. It is mandatory to define the field, at least 0. |
Passed
|
You can select this option if the employee has successfully completed the exam. If not, leave the box blank.
|
Executed |
You can select this option if the employee has completed the training. If not, leave the box blank. |
Rating |
You can enter a rating. |
Date |
In this field you can select from the calendar the date, on which the employee acquired the education. If the employee has acquired the education before he or she has started to work in your company, enter the date of his or her graduation certificate. If the employee has acquired the knowledge as your employee, enter the date, when he or she has finished the education. |
Interval |
If you are entering an exam that has to be repeated in intervals, enter the interval in this field in number of months. |
Next Test |
According to the selected information in the Interval field, the program will here show the date of the next exam. |
Occupation |
The program will according to your selected functional knowledge enter the ID of the occupation that the employee will acquire through this education. Provided, you have previously enter the occupation at the institution that performs this education. If you have not defined the occupation, you can enter it in this field. |
Education |
According to the entered information in the Occupation field, the program will here enter the level of achieved education. |

In this field you can enter notes about accomplished knowledge. For example, obligations that the employee has to meet due to your payment of his education.
You can save all documents conected with this education.

In this field you can select from the lookup list the subject that has performed the education.

In this field you enter a name of the Institution employee has gain its education.

In this field you can select from the lookup list the ID of the level of the finished education.
