Simple analysis and overview

 

The simple analyses and reports in PANTHEON are intended for business analytics without the use of an OLAP server or OLAP cubes. Simple analyses include dashboard tools and Ad-Hoc analyses.

Using Tecta as an example, a user manual was prepared to help you understand simple analyses and overview. Its content is divided into the following chapters:

Dashboards

 Dashboards are designed to give you a quick overview of your company's key indicators. They are used by management, analysts and anyone else who wants a tool to review company's business operations. This chapter shows an example of how dashboards can be used.

Ad-Hoc analyses

 Using SQL statements, Ad-Hoc analyses enable you to select the measurements and dimensions of the data, which is used to create the arbitrary pivot tables for the analysis in the next step. This chapter shows an example of how to use an Ad-Hoc analysis.
