Access and Authentication:

  • API key-based access embedded within PANTHEON; not modifiable by user.

  • Time-limited document retention based on customer policy (default: 12 months).

  • Regular backend updates protect against vulnerabilities.

  • Centralized updates for all users.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • GDPR-compliant.

Audit and Logging:

  • Full activity logs.

  • High-availability system with redundancy.

2. Typless / Typless PRO

Typless enables intelligent recognition and data extraction from invoices and other documents using AI.

Infrastructure and Environment:

  • Hosted securely on AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Network and Connectivity:

  • HTTPS/TLS for all communications.

Access and Authentication:

  • API key-based access from within PANTHEON.

Data Management:

  • Documents retained for 12 months (default) or as per client’s settings.

Updates and Maintenance:

  • Regular service updates.

  • Centralized rollout for all users.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Fully GDPR-compliant.

Audit and Logging:

  • Activity logs maintained.

Recovery and Business Continuity:

  • High-availability and redundant infrastructure.

3. Accountless

An AI-powered module that provides smart posting suggestions, while the accountant retains full control over the posting process.

Infrastructure and Environment:

  • Hosted on secure AWS servers.

Network and Connectivity:

  • HTTPS/TLS communication with Typless servers.

Access and Authentication:

  • API key-based access directly within PANTHEON.

Data Management:

  • Data retained for 3 months to support feedback-based training.

  • Models use anonymized, non-identifiable data.
