Errors
The Errors tab of the Mailroom module within Accounting Dashboard displays all errors that occurred on the mailbox and their data.
If error occurs during the eWorkflow execution in the Mailroom, it is logged in this tab. Each log contains information about the time of the error, description of an error, data about document with an error, etc.
Once the causes of errors are resolved, items in the Errors tab can be selected and the eWorkflows re-executed.
Below is a description of tab's features.

By clicking this button, eWorkflows for marked items in Errors table will be executed. |

By enabling this field, the item in Errors table is marked for re-execution of eWorkflow. |
| Time Ins. |
This field displays the time the error was logged. |
| Log |
Displays the description of the error in XML format. |
| Key |
Displays the unique document key identifier from the PANTHEON DMS. |
| Status |
Displays the status of an error. There are two options:
- Opened - The error is unresolved.
- Finished - The error is resolved.
Status of the error can be changed manually.

| Direction |
Displays the direction of the event. There are two options:
- Incoming - The error of the event that was received from outside location (email, web service, ftp, ... ) into PANTHEON.
- Outgoing - The error of the event that was sent from PANTHEON to outside location (email, web service, ... )

Displays the time of creation of the document. |

Displays the name of the user that created the event. |
| Document ID |
Displays document ID number. |
| Mailroom |
Displays the name of the eWorkflow that was executed for the event. |
| eWorkflow error |
Displays the error on the eWorkflow. |
| Database Name |
Displays the name of the database on which the error occurred. |
