Evaluation
Here you can enter or select name of evaluation from Evaluation Types. You have to set names to make them available in Copy Evaluation in wizards menu and to display them in Employee Files l Position/Salary l Personal Rating.

Status |
Check a box to determine whether an evaluation is active or not. You can set status for parent item in tree-view or for individual subordinate items. Like already mentioned a checked evaluation is active. Otherwise it is not and as such will not appear in Copy Evaluation wizard. |
Evaluation Type |
Enter or select an evaluation type from the Evaluation Types register. |
Weight |
After selecting it, the corresponding value from Evaluation Types is displayed in the Weight field. You can change it at will. |
Evaluator |
If there is defined Evaluator in Evaluation Types register, than it would be transferred also in Evaluation pozition. You can also change or define Evaluator fo Evaluation Type ekstra for this Position of Employment. |
How to enter an evaluation type
Move to the Evaluation panel and right click to open the context menu.

A context menu offers the following functions:
New Record |
After confirming the message, a new record is added in the Evaluation panel. |
Select an evaluation type from Evaluation Types. To open Evaluation Types, simply double-click the Evalution Type field.

New Child Record |
To create a child record, place the pointer on the record and select New Child Record from the context menu. |
The child record is inserted. Finally, set type from Evaluation Types.

Delete Record |
To delete a record, place the pointer on it, right click it and select Delete Record. |
A message is returned requesting from you to confirm the delete operation.

Collapse All |
To collapse expanded items in tree-view, right-click an item in tree-structured data and select Collapse All. |
This way you can hide child elements.

To expand tree structure, right-click the record and select Expand All. |
Click to expand tree structure view (it changes to ).
