Set external IDs for individual subject type just like you can set them for items and subjects in the Items register.

Item ID
Enter or select item ID.
External ID
Enter or select an external ID. If you just want to enter a different name of the item to be displayed in reports, the external ID may be the same as the item ID!
Name
Enter a short text description for item.
000001.gif You can only enter subject IDs in the External IDs panel in Subject Types. To display it in reports, you have to set this in Program Parameters!
