Fill inventory

By selecting the Fill function the Wizards menu in the toolbar of the Inventory Count form, the imported data is compared with the Fixed Assets register to look for fixed assets that are in the register and have not been counted (listed).
This chapter shows how to use Fill Wizard in PANTHEON Fixed Assets Inveotry Granule.
Firstly she creates new FA inventory and fills it with all the necessary data.
This is done as described in chapter Creating new FA invetory following steps 1. to 3.
She countines using Wizards Fill.
Once the inventory document is created, the person responsible clicks the button Wizards in the toolbar and selects Fill.

This option compared filed data with Fixed Assets register.
If any such fixed assets are found, they are transferred into inventory count lines and receive the status M - Missing.

Next, she enters adjust Fixed Inventory records according to the actual situation.
The person responsible enters the actual Fixed Inventory data into the program.
Item Computer is missing so she chages Type status to M-Missing.

She selects a
button and adds a note to look for this item at other departments.
She saves a note with Save button.

Item Type status is changed and the Note idicicator turns yellow.

She saves changes made to Fixed Inventory document using Save button in toolbar.
