Finished Work Analysis - Detailed

Selecting type of report in Finished Work Analysis displays various data. Here we will take a look at a detailed report.

In a detailed report you can observe all reports of finished work according to the criteria set.

Below you can observe fields appearing in report:

WO	Displays an ID of work order to which a record of finished work analysis is related.
Line	Displays a line of operation in work order to which a record of finished work analysis is related.
Alt.	Displays an alternate line of operation in work order to which a record of finished work analysis is related.
Employee	Displays a name of employee or group carrying out work.
Date	Enter or select a date on which you posted finished work.
Operation ID	Displays an ID of operation.
Operation Name	Displays a name of operation in finished work.
In	Here is displayed type of operation: D - Work F - Fictional K - Control Z - External
Start	Displays start of work if so specified.
End	Displays end of work if so specified.
Hold-Up Reason	Displays an ID of type of hold-up.
Scrap Reason	Displays type of scrap when performing operation.
ET	Displays an earnings type used.
Type of Time	Displays one of the following IDs used for type of time. 0-Tpr + Tsu 1-Tpr 2-Tsu 3-Tpr+1xTsu
Time Used	Displays an amount of time used for operation.
Plan. Time	Displays an amount of time planned for operation. Planned time is calculated for closed or better finished WOs on the basis of products which were actually produced . With all other WOs containing finished work it is still calculated on the basis of planned product quantity.
Norm Attain. [%]	Displays norm that was attained expressed in percentage (100*Planned Time/Time Used).
Recognized Norm [%]	Displays recognized norm expressed in percentage (100*Recognized Time/Time Used).

Bad Displays an amount of faulty products occurring in operation.

Standstill
Displays time of standstill expressed in hours.

Approved Pcs
Displays an approved quantity (in relation to the amounts in "good" and "bad") being recognized in finished work analysis.

Approved Time
Displays production time being recognized in finished work analysis.

Good
Displays an amount of flawless products occurring in operation.

Pr. Item Type
Displays an ID of item type.

Oper. Prim. Categ.
Displays an ID of primary category of operation.

Pr. Sec. Categ.
Displays an ID of secondary category of operation.

Product ID
Displays a product ID.

Product Name
Displays a name of product.

P- Item Type
Displays an ID of product item type.

Product Prim. Categ.
Displays an ID of primary category of item.

P. Sec. Categ.
Displays an ID of secondary category of item.

Plan. Qty
Displays a planned quantity of item.

Act. Qty.
Displays produced quantity of item.

WO Status
Displays a work order status.

Clerk Displays an ID of clerk who entered data.

Clerk Name
Displays a name of clerk who entered data.

Record Date Enter or select date and time when the data were entered.

Note Enter any text as a note to the line of finished work. Click to enter note. If you make any changes the following icon is displayed.

A Bar in the Bottom Section Displays Summary Data:

Time Used
Displays a sum total of time used for a current selection.

Plan. Time
Displays a sum total of time planned for a current selection.

Norm Attain. [%]
Displays an average amount of attained norm expressed in percentage.

Recognized Norm [%]
Displays an average amount of recognized norm expressed in percentage.

Bad
Displays a sum total of faulty products.

Standstill
Displays a summed up amount of time in standstill.

Approved Pcs
Displays an approved quantity (in relation to the amounts in "good" and "bad") being recognized in finished work analysis.

Approved Time
Displays production time being recognized in finished work analysis.

Good
Displays an amount of flawless products occurring in operation.

Plan. Qty
Displays a planned quantity of item.

Act. Qty.
Displays produced quantity of item.

A report is generated by clicking report button.
The following data are displayed in the report header:

Report Name
Report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case Finished Work Analysis Detailed - appears here.
Company Displays company-related data.
Criteria
Here are displayed data about alternates and unit of measurement.

Report Data:

WO
Displays an ID of work order to which a record of finished work analysis is related.
Employee
Displays a name of employee or group carrying out work.
Operation
Displays an ID of operation.
Date
Displays a date on which you posted finished work.

Estimated Time
Displays an amount of time used for operation.

Act. Duration
Displays an amount of time planned for operation.

At the bottom of report you can find total amounts of specified quantities.
