You can set optional fields in the Active Fields box in Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Manufacturing | General. Below you can see all possible fields.

Tpr Enter production time required for assembly. It is variable production time of operation. It is expressed in the time unit required in batch production - "Batch" (Usually, it is set to 1 in single item production).
XXX/TU (temporal unit) Displays volume produced per hour. You can modify it if required.
Tsu Enter set-up time required for production of specified quantities expressed in the selected U/M - assembly series. It is fixed production time required for preparation of resources in series production.
U/M: Enter or select a time unit in which to express production time.
Batch Displays number of units that in batch (number of units of measurement, charge, the minimum required production amount - actual production amount must be its multiplier). You can modify if required. The required production amount is given for batch specific U/M (number).
Formula Enter or select a formula in order to calculate amount of work required to produce a certain quantity.

Volume Enter or select number of units in assembly ranging from 1 to 1,000,000 units for which production time was set. That is, if you select 1,000 units, the production time is expressed for production of 1000 units.
(U/M) Enter or select a time unit in which to express production time. Select it according to the specification's settings.
Quantity Enter or select a quantity of time unit. Select it according to the specification's settings.

Operation Type Enter or select a type of operation: Work Operation which is intended for specifying regular operations; Fictional Operation which is intended for specifying any optional information regarding work and control operations; Control Operation which is intended for checking quality control; External Operation which is intended for specifying operations that are outsourced to external subcontacting entities.
Offset Type Enter or select a type of offset (between previous operation and the one in question) in workflow sequence: Simultaneously to previous - an operation type defining the sequence between the previous and the operation in question; After previous has finished - an operation type carried out after the previous has finished; Time offset - an operation type carried out after you enter working hours in the field appearing after having selected this option. That is, Tpr of the previous operation must be less or equal to the Tpr of the operation in question; Quantity Offset - Basically the same as with Time offset option the only difference being that time offset per product quantity is considered for previous operation (offset = quantity × Tpr previous).
(Time Offset/quantity) An optional field appears after having selected time or quantity offset type. Enter the appropriate amounts.
Priority

Displays resource priority. Priorities can be set in Resource priority code list (double click in Priority field or go to Settings\Manufacturing\Resources\ Resource priority).

Resource Set a production resource for operation. Enter or select it from available criteria such as ID, type, name or parent resource ID.
(Name of Resource) Displays the name of selected resource.
Pcs/UM  Displays a time unit in which to express production time.
No. of Workers Optional field: When executing an operation select number of resoruces in order to calculate production costs.
Salary Grade Optional field: When executing an operation select a salary grade for employees to be able to calculate production costs. Enter it manually. Otherwise it gets filled in when you enter resource. That is, if you haven't already entered salary grade or when it is the same as the one set in the previous line.
Bonus Optional field: When executing an operation, select a bonus in order to calculate production costs.

You can further edit lines of operation in the Tools panel in bottom section. First enter or select an appropriate tool that you previously defined as fixed asset or small tool.

To specify tools, you can use various criteria such as ID, name, and validity. In the end enter quantity of the tools to be used in operation.

Set any number required for carrying out the operation.

Tool Enter or select a tool for operation. After having selected it, you can observe the current availability of tool as specified in Fixed Assets or Small Tools.
Name Displays a name of tool.
Quantity Enter quantity of tool used in the operation.
Scheduling If checked, it displays whether a tool is scheduled for use as has been previously specified in the Fixed Assets or Small Tools register.
Status Displays an ID of status of tools as specified in the Fixed Assets or Small Tools register.
Status Displays a name of status.
