Google Maps

Using Google Maps as a Dashboard component displays different values together with their geographical distribution.

 

000001.gif Internet access is required for Google Maps to function.

In case that Google Maps component cannot be viewed:

  1. check your Internet connection,
  2. delete temporary Internet files

The Google Maps component has the following parameters:

Name The name of the component.
SQL The SQL query to get data.
Prefetch Data Prefetches (caches) data so the query is not executed every time the component is accessed.
Apply SQL Executes the SQL query.
Marker Type Select whether the map should display columns or markers.
(Filter Settings)
Use »Total«		 If checked, the option »Total« will be available on the dashboard that uses this component if a filter is applied.
Link Data The relations between data and the map (coordinates, values, marker captions).
Filter Select according to which field data should be filtered.
Marker Grouping If checked, markers that are close by are grouped at low zoom levels to reduce transfer volume. All markers are shown only at zoom levels above 13.
