Enter criteria to display posts in the Filter Settings panel. Click 036635.jpg. Move anywhere in the titlebar, for example, to the Number field and right-click it to open the context menu. Here you then select Group by This Column:

Using this command you can group data by journal entry ID:

Click 036640.jpg to expand tree and show posts on the selected journal entry:

You can further group posts for example according to ID of linked document. Move to the Linked Doc. field and select Group By This Column, using right-click menu. Now you can see data grouped by linked document in above mentioned posts on journal entry 08-430-000002:

Selecting Grouping Box in right-click menu, you can drag'n'drop columns to the above section. To group by subject, see below:

Remove grouping simply by shifting fields back to titlebar. Let us say you want to remove grouping by subject and linked document:

It is better that set grouping by ID of journal entry because it is used in displaying sums.
