Header in Reminders

In the header on the document type created for Reminders enter the main information about the document.
Here is a description of the fields:

Clerk

From the drop-down menu select the user responsible for reminders.

Number
|
The document number is generated automatically.

Calculated On
|
Select the date on which you want to calculate the outstanding items. It is also the date that defines the period for calculating interest. It tells us the last day until which the interest is accrued.

Date of next reminder
|
Select the date of the next reminder.
|
Confirmed
|
If this checkbox is checked, this document is confirmed and can not be edited anymore.
