The Header section of the Mailboxes panel allows you to setup basic mailbox data such as name, login information, classification and type of mailbox.

Below is a description of section's features.

(Icon)

The default icon of the mailbox can be replaced by any icon from the Icon select window, which is opened by clicking on the icon. The icon is used to create a shortcut to the mailbox in the toolbar and in the Mailroom.

(Navigation buttons) Using the functionality of navigation buttons you can move through and search mailboxes, create new ones, edit or delete existing ones.

Name

Enter a name of the mailbox.

Select the login data for identification and connection to the web service from the Logins and passwords register. This login data is then used to login to web services or emails, specified in mailbox's settings or linked eWorkflows.

Classifications

Select the classification from the Classification Scheme register, which will be assigned to the documents transferred via the selected mailbox.

Type

Select the type of mailbox. There are five types available:

  • (None) - By default none is selected. Leave empty, if not needed.
  • Email - Mailbox type for connecting with email services. If selected, Settings tab of the form allows you to enter data for connection with email service.
  • Input/Output - Mailbox type for file transfer with local folders, ftp, etc.
  • Printers - Mailbox type for connection with printers. If selected, printers can be selected in the Settings tab of the form.
