Help Desk


The Help Desk feature enables a user to connect to the Help Desk and submit a ticket/request for help.

The Help Desk is accessed by selecting the ? button on PANTHEON forms or via the menu Help | Help Desk.

IMPORTANT

All information about the Help Desk feature, including practical examples, can be found in the subchapter Help Desk.

Clicking the option Help Desk the form (on the picture below) opens on UserSite page:

 

Command line IIn the command line we find basic navigation buttons and options for setting your own profile for the HelpDesk application.
Left menu It consists of menus and sub-menus through which we access the modules and different views within the HelpDesk.
Central part of the form In the central part of the form, the display depends on the selection in the Left menu. If we selected Events | My Opened option for example the central part of the form will show us our opened support requests.
Events notification bar In the Events notification bar we see all the notifications that come from the Events in the HelpDesk system.
