How to create or delete a shortcut to a form

Shortcuts are added to the toolbar using the drag-and-drop method.

1. Creating a new shortcut
To add a new shortcut, first open the form for which you want to create a shortcut. In this case, this is the 3000 – Sale document, which can be found by selecting the Goods | Issue | 3000 – Sale menu.
We click on the icon
of the form in the top left corner of the form and hold the mouse button.
We move the cursor to the toolbar, until the mouse icon changes to
, and then release the mouse button.
The shortcut is immediately visible in the toolbar.

Warning
- Shortcuts for registers and reports are displayed only as icons.
- Shortcuts to documents display the document number in addition to the icon.

2. Deleting a shortcut
To delete a shortcut, we right-click on the selected shortcut.
A new window will appear with the Delete option.

By selecting this option, the shortcut is deleted from the toolbar.
