Import/Export Data

  

 

The  Import/Export Data function enables the import and export of fixed assets (FA) lists using an Excel file. It is used to add or retrieve large volumes of asset data from the program. FA records can be prepared in a structured Excel template and imported into the program. Complete records from the register can also be exported into an Excel file.

The FA  Import/Export Data can be accessed in the toolbar of the Fixed Assets, Small Tools or Register-Fixed Assets in Acquisition.

Examples of how to use the  Import/Export Data function are described on the corresponding pages of the User Manual for PANTHEON.

 

 

The Import/Export Data function in FA consists of the following functional units:

Import from Excel File Used to import FA from the structured Excel file. For example, for bulk data entry or initial system configuration.
Export to Excel Used to generate a complete list of FA in an Excel file. This exported data can be used for analysis or reporting.
