Import from XLS for individual installments

The form can be accessed on the Credits and Leases form by clicking the  (Import/Export Data) button and selecting the Import from XLS for individual instalments option.

WARNING

This option is only available if the checkbox in the Repayment Type section on the Header tab of the Credits and Leases form is set to By payment plan.

This form is used for importing an individual document of credits/leases.

The goal is to import a received document calculated in other programs, which may deviate from your document by a few cent differences. Using this method, exact instalments will be imported. Two option are available: you can calculate annuity or repayment. 

File Path

In this field, enter the file path from which you want to import the Excel file.

Excel Sheet

Enter the Excel sheet from which you want to import data.

Import from File

Displays data from Excel in the lines in the bottom section of the form.

Create documents

After importing the XLS file, credits can be visible in the grid and by clicking on  the Create documents button, program creates the corresponding documents.

Structure

Default structure is already predefined, but you can add additional fields or rearange the existing ones.

HINT

Here is a Sample file you can download and use. The first column is empty, which means that the annuity will be calculated.

 

Clicking the Structure button shows the current Excel file structure.

Calculation of annuity

When importing the sample file, the checkbox must be set to annuity for correct calculation. You can see that annuity is calculated according to the following formula: Annuity= repayment + interest.

Repayment calculation

It is also possible to calculate the repayment. Click the Structure button to check that the data will be imported correctly. Only columns A and B must be filled and the check box must be set to Repayment calculation.

Select if you want to transfer this line to document type for credits.

Annuity

Value of annuity, which is transfered from the Excel file. Data will be shown on the Installments tab.

Interest

Value of interest, which is transfered from the Excel file. Data will be shown on the Installments tab.

Repayment

Value of repayment, which is transfered from the Excel file. Data will be shown on the Installments tab.

Principal

Value of principal, which is transfered from the Excel file. Data will be shown on the Installments tab.

Insurance

Value of insurance, which is transfered from the Excel file. Data will be shown on the Installments tab.

Maintenance fee

Value of maintenance fee, which is transfered from the Excel file. Data will be shown on the Installments tab.
