View operations that are currently in progress in the In Progress tab that can be found in the Administration of Finished Work. Restrict the set range of operations according to the set criteria. Clicking Refresh Data displays all in-progress operations matching the selected criteria are displayed in the bottom section.

 

 

Setting Criteria

Employee	Select an ID and name of the employee to be included in the report of completed work. Enter or select a name of the employee. You can select only among the actively-employed and those employees related to the operation. Of course you had to check Enter Work Only for Employees Related to Operation in the Administration Panel.
Resource	Select an ID of resource where additional operations are executed.
Operation ID	Enter or select an operation ID.

 

WO Criteria

WO From - To	Restrict work orders by a set of parent WOs.
WO From - To	Restrict work orders by date period in which WO were created.
Product ID	Select and restrict WOs by a specific product ID.

Select work order document types by which you want to restrict WOs .

 

Operations in Progress

All active in-progress operations that match the criteria can be found in the bottom section Operations in Progress panel.

Lines in Operations in Progress

Employee	Displays a name of employee or group carrying out work.
Author. Person	Displays name and surname of authorized person set for the resource or in Positions of Employment or Employee Files.
WO	Displays an ID of work order containing the operation.
Line	Displays number of line of operation in manufacturing specification.
Operation	Displays an operation ID.
Description	Enter a short text giving description of the operation.
U/M	Displays primary unit of measurement used with the operation.
Status	Displays status of a specific operation.
Time of Event	Displays the time of last event in the operation. Here belong: - start of operation - pause in operation - resuming operation
Operation Duration	Displays duration of operation.
Resource	Displays an ID of resource where an operation is executed.
