Internal receiving is used for receiving goods and
materials at a warehouse. These documents are not financial, which means
that they do not figure into tax records and are not entered in the
ledger, that is, they do not create obligations to suppliers. They are
used only for receiving goods and materials at a warehouse. Through
internal receiving documents, your initial stock is entered in the program.
In practice, it often happens that in a particular period you receive
several packing slips from a supplier, or enter several internal
receipts in the program. On the basis of these the supplier later sends
a purchase invoice. All you have to do is enter the invoice in the
program as a collective invoice, or
Collective Receipt. Internal and collective documents form a whole, that is, collective
documents are the logical result of internal documents.
An internal receiving document is, by its basic nature, the same as a
Receiving Document; it is also created in
the same manner (see
Creating Receiving Documents). The only
difference is that it does not contain certain information which would
be unnecessary.
1. Select a Document Type
First, select a document which you wish to use to create an internal receipt.
In the Goods | Receiving | Internal menu, select or click the desired document.

You can also choose a document by clicking on a shortcut - the icon can be found in the toolbar.

2. Creating an Internal Receiving Document
Creating internal receiving documents is essentially the same process as
Creating Receiving Documents, only in this case
there is less information.
Example: You receive a shipment from Supplier and Sons on 23.2.2007.
This is entered in the program as an internal receipt. On 27.2.2007 you receive
another shipment from the same supplier. You expect to receive an invoice from
the supplier for both shipments in several days. Items are received at a
warehouse in this manner.
2.1. Internal Receipt 1
An internal receiving slip can be created just like a normal receiving
document.

2.2. Internal Receipt 2
An internal receiving slip can be created just like a normal receiving
document.
