Inventory list
The Inventory list enables an overview of all inventory documents. When viewing the list, you can customize it by selecting different restrictions and criteria.
In the header, there is an option to search documents by all data in the columns. Apart from searching, the documents can also be sorted by all data in the columns.

|
The consecutive number of the inventory document. Clicking on the number opens the document.

Warehouse
|
Warehouse in which the inventory was counted.

Inventory date
|
Date of inventory count execution.
|

Stock value
|
Stock value represents the total monetary worth of all inventory items currently in stock, calculated based on their quantities and unit costs.

Excess
|
Number of inventory excess document. Clicking on the number opens the document.
|
|
Shortage
|
Number of inventory shortage document. Clicking on the number opens the document.
|
|
Document type
|
Document type name.
|
|
Status
|
Current document status (confirmed/unconfirmed).
