Serching for a Subject in eDirectory
The eDirectory provides an overview of general data of companies included in the bizBox environment and connected networks. You can search by name or tax number.
If the partner already exists in the bizBox eDirectory, data about name, tax number, network as well as receiving and sending options for eDocuments via the bizBox network is displayed.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible wants to check whether subject Energetika Ljubljana Ltd. has activated eExchange in the bizBox portal eDirectory. This is done as follows:

1. bizBox
The person responsible logs into the bizBox portal on the bizBox website.
After logging in, the front page of the portal opens.
In the left menu, the person responsible selects the eDirectory panel.
2. eDirectory
An eDirectory window opens.
Into the Search field, the person responsible enters the tax number or name of the subject, to check whether the subject uses eExchange.
In this case, the person responsible copies the tax number from the PANTHEON Subjects Register.
The person responsible confirms the search by clicking the Search button or pressing the Enter key.
The portal returns the information that the subject uses eDocument exchange.

If the subject does not use or enable eExchange, the data above is not displayed. Instead, the portal shows the information "No records found."
