Klik na gumb 003354.gif omogoči izvoz pripravljenih podatkov v ASCII datoteko v predpisani obliki:

Izberemo imenik, kamor naj se datoteka shrani, ter ime datoteke. Privzeto ime datoteke je M4M801.DAT. Nato kliknemo gumb Save.

Program nam še javi, ko je kreiranje zaključeno:

Po pojasnilu ZPIZ se podatek v stolpec 10 (bruto plača) izpisuje na 9 mest, kamor NI VŠTETA decimalna vejica.

Če znesek na M4 obrazcu presega 9,999,999.00 SIT, se ga vpiše v dveh vrsticah tako, da se v prvo vrstico vpiše znesek 9,999,999.00 SIT, v drugo pa razlika. Če je razlika večja od 9,999,999.00 SIT, se postopek nadaljuje, dokler razlika ni manjša od tega zneska.
