The Persons res. tab enables you to track individuals connected to the Service Order document.

Person Res. Displays the person responsible for the document. This information is copied from the document Header.
Date Displays the date the person responsible was recorded in the document Header.
Clerk Displays the clerk on the document. This information is copied from the document Header
Date Displays the date the clerk was recorded in the document Header.
Last Change by Displays the person who last modified the document.
Date The date when the person last modified the document.
1st Signatory Select the first signatory of the document.
Date Select the date when the first signatory signed the document. 
2st Signatory  Select the second signatory of the document.
Date Select the date when the second signatory signed the document. 
3st Signatory Select the third signatory of the document.
Date Select the date when the third signatory signed the document.
