Labeling
This is the task usually which is usually done with sparkling wines. Additionally, this is a task which is like Disgorging and Ridlling done on already bottled wines. Wines are often bottled and not labeled. This task enables recording this specific task.
Starting the task is via right click of the mouse on the cellar graphic overview:

Wine variety is selected from drop-down. You can pick only wines with primary classification: WINE_BOTTLED |

If there are more serial numbers for bottled wine, you can select correct serial. |
