See below for predefined settings to correctly calculate leave for length of service:

Collective Agreement for Trade Activities in Slovenia

Set leave for length of service in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 55 of the Collective Agreement for Trade Activities in Slovenia (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/2008):

(3) Besides basic annual leave from the first paragraph, employees are entitled to additional leave days for length of service:

  • from 1 to 5 years – 1 day,
  • from 5 to 10 years – 2 days,
  • from 10 to 15 years – 4 days,
  • from 15 to 20 years – 5 days,
  • over 20 years – 6 days.
