In tab section Posts will be shown list of candidates to be closed:

 

Sel. We should marked items that we want to be booked. They can be marked by using the mouse or space bar or by clicking the Select all button.
Type The program displays the following two types:
  • CAS - for cash discounts
  • PAR - for rounding differences
Account Account to be closed.
Contra account Contra account on which the amount of cash discount and rounding differences shall be posted. You have selected it in the previous panel.
Subject Subject's name the items of which are to be closed.
Linked document Value of the linked document to be closed.
Debit Debit transactions of the account from Account column for this linked document.
Credit Credit transactions of the account from Account column for this linked document.
Amount

The balance or rather the amount to be closed. Field is colored red when there is amount zero. With amount zero, rounding differences can be found.

When we want to find and post rounding differences, the amount should be bigger than 0,00. We should respect internal company accounting rules.
Currency The currency code which shall be used in closing.
