Location

   

You can use the Location panel for tracking data about employees' locations.

Restrict empl. location In this field you can select if an employee is restricted to the defined location when recording their work record. If not selected, the employee is not limited to a specific location.
Active In this field you can select if a certain location is active or not.
Location In this field you can select the location from the location code list.
Name This field is read-only and automatically taken from the location code list.
Address This field is read-only and automatically taken from the location code list.
Work from home This field is read-only and automatically taken from the location code list.
Date from In this field you can enter the date from which the location for employee is valid.
Date to In this field you can enter the date until which the location for employee is valid.
Note In this field you can enter an optional note.

To quickly copy locations to multiple employees, use the Wizard - Copy locations
