HINT
You can read more about the Retail POS module in the technical guide, in the Retail POS chapter.
This chapter is divided into three subchapters with provided examples:
New invoice
An example of creating a new POS Invoice through the online cash register is presented. In the subchapter, we prepared an example of connecting a new POS invoice with an advance payment. Errors may occur when issuing invoices, so in the rest of the chapter we have prepared various examples of using the Reverse feature on an invoice. If there is a problem with the non-functioning of the tax cash register, the following chapter shows an example of issuing invoices using a bound invoice book, which is subsequently fiscalized.
Invoice list
The Invoice list provides the user with a general overview of the cash register's ongoing operations. The chapter includes two user examples with which you can customize the overview of issued invoices for different periods. |
Cash register journal |
At the end of the business day or shift, the POS cash register must be closed. Creating the cash register journal is easy, but it is also necessary to create a cash receipt for all received means of payment, which we have shown in one of the examples. The list of cash register journals enables an overview and insight into all journals created in the selected period. |
