Select Material requirements detailed report in Manufacturing Analysis and click Report (or double-click the report) in order to display it according to the set criteria.

Here are displayed requirements and statuses of material lines which will be integrated in assemblies (and/or work orders) according to set criteria.

Main items are displayed including a summary quantity required.

 

 

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document Type ID and name of document type appears in header.
Report Name Report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case Material Requirements extended report - appears here.

Specific Data for Individual Items (Summary Data):

 

(ID/Name) Shows a component's or material's ID and name.
(Quantity Required) Shows summary values of quantity required. Here negative values represent a purchase/production requirement. On the other hand positive values represent remaining values for coverage (inflows performed).

Specific Stock-related Data:

Warehouse Displays a warehouse ID where the specified item is located.
Stock Displays quantity of item on stock at a specified warehouse.
Stock Date Displays date on which the above-mentioned stock is available.
 

Specific Data on Allocations:

WO Displays ID of work order for which an amount to be issued is allocated.
Alt. Displays an alternate line in manufacturing specification.
Line Displays number of line in manufacturing specification.
Allocated Displays an allocated quantity of item in work orders.
Date Displays date on which an item was allocated.
 

Specific Data on MANUFACTURING:

WO Displays ID of work order for which an amount to be issued is allocated.
In Progress Displays an unfinished (the remaining to the planned one) quantity of a specific work order.
Produce By Displays a date on which the remaining quantity is to be produced according to plan.
 

Specific Data on PURCHASE ORDERS:

Order Displays an ID of purchase order.
Order Line Displays a line of purchase order.
Ordered Displays an ordered quantity in line of order.
Del. Deadl. Displays a date of delivery deadline.
 

Specific Data on SALES ORDERS:

Order Displays an ID of sales order.
Order Line Displays a line of sales order.
Ordered Displays an ordered quantity in line of order.
Del. Deadl. Displays a date of delivery deadline.
