Meals

 

This section enables settings of nutrient content in feeds. Feeds can be ntered fo all animal groups. Before entering feed to this module, feed has to be inserted in Items.

Line no. Line number.
Fodder type User sets which type of fodder is he inserting. This is an obligatory information, used in calculations.
Fodder Fodder code. Same as item code in Items.
Fodder name Name of fodder. Same as item name in Items.
UM Unit of measurement of feed. 
Dry Matter (kg) Quantity of dry matter in fodder.
Crude fiber (g/kg DM) Quantity of crude fiber in g per kg of dry matter.
Net Energy for Lactation (MJ/kg DM) Quantity of Net Energy for Lactation in MJ per kg of dry matter.
Metabolizable Energy (MJ/kg DM) Quantity of Metabolizable Energy in MJ per kg of dry matter.
Digestible Crude Protein (g/kg DM) Quantity of Digestible Crude Protein in g per kg of dry matter.
Crude Protein (g/kg DM) Quantity of Crude Protein in g per kg of dry matter.
Ca (g/kg DM) Quantity of Ca in g per kg of dry matter.
P (g/kg DM) Quantity of P in g per kg of dry matter.
K (g/kg DM) Quantity of K in g per kg of dry matter.
Na (g/kg DM) Quantity of Na in g per kg of dry matter.
