In this panel you can track data about the mandatory supplementary pension insurance of an employee.

MSPI Header

Policy Number In this field you can enter the number of the insurance policy according to which an employee receives a mandatory supplementary pension insurance.
Insurance Start In this field you can enter the date from which on the employee has become insured.
Insurance End In this field you can enter the date on which employee's mandatory supplementary pension insurance will end
Length of Service Increase In this field the program transfers information from the Position/Salary panel. It is the code of the length of service increase (Code of inc. field) of the currently active position.
% of Gross Salary In this field you can enter the percentage of the gross salary that will be deducted as premium for the mandatory supplementary pension insurance. The program will automatically transfer the information in the Factor field of the payroll preparation.

Paid Premiums

In the table below in the MSPI panel the program will display data about paid and calculated premiums of the mandatory supplementary pension insurance for an employee:

Report No. In this field is the number of the payroll through which the MSPI premium has been calculated  covered.
Date In this field is the date on which the premium has been paid. The date is from the payroll preparation.
Amount In this field is the amount of the paid premium.
Earnings Type In this field is the earnings type through which you are tracking payments of MSPI premiums.
You can set the earnings type that the program will use for tracking MSPI premiums in the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | Payroll |VSPI/MSPI panel.
